Our Story
Top10Best was founded out of frustration with the state of online product reviews. Sponsored content, fake reviews, and affiliate-driven rankings had made it nearly impossible to trust what you read online.
We set out to build something different: a review site where every recommendation is earned through rigorous, hands-on testing — not paid placements. Our team of category specialists tests products side-by-side using standardized criteria, so our rankings reflect real-world performance.

We start by cataloguing every product in a category, then narrow down to the most highly-regarded options based on sales data, expert opinion, and user reviews. We purchase products at retail price whenever possible.
Hands-On Testing
Every product on our shortlist is tested by our category specialist over a period of at least one week. We use standardized test protocols so every product faces the same challenges under the same conditions.
Scoring & Ranking
Products are scored on category-specific criteria. For every product, we document specific pros and cons, ideal use cases, and who it's best suited for.
Writing & Review
Our editors write the final review, which is then fact-checked by a second specialist. We include our honest assessment — including when a product we expected to love disappointed us.
Ongoing Updates
